This component allows you to manage the submitted requests, including their review and cancellation. The list presents the requests submitted for the current brokerage account or by the given user (depending on the type of request).
In the first place, the component provides a filter allowing to narrow down the list by the selected request status:
All - selected by default, displays all the requests (submitted for the current brokerage account or by given the user), regardless of their status
Cancelled - requests cancelled by the user
Rejected - requests rejected by the system operator
To Be Considered - requests under consideration by the system operator
Executed - requests that have been considered and executed by the system operator
Registered - requests that have been registered for consideration by the system operator
After selecting the desired status of the request and pressing the Confirm button, the system will present a list requests matching the selected criteria:
Columns - List of submitted requests
Status - one of the following request statuses: REG - Registered, REJ - Rejected, CNX - Cancelled, EXE - Executed, TBC - To Be Considered
ID number - unique ID number of the request in the system
Name - name of the submitted request
Registration date - date and time of submitting the request
Account - account for which the request has been submitted. If the request is related to the Client (which is a specific type of request), then this field will remain empty
This window presents the details of a request submitted by the user, in the format predefined by the system operator.
If a given type of request is provided with a printout template, the Print button will be displayed in the upper right corner of the window. By pressing this button you will be able to generate a report presenting the details of your request.
The function allowing to submit requests is available directly from the Requests menu, where you can go the specific group of requests and select the desired request.
The content of the requests menu is defined by the authorized system operators.
Brokerage account is an example of a group of requests that can be defined by the system operator.
This submenu is generated dynamically, depending on the defined groups of requests that are currently active.
Upon selecting the desired request, the system will display a request form with the following buttons:
Send - this button will remain inactive until you fill in all the mandatory fields of the request form. After completing the request form, you can press this button to send the request. Once the request sent, the system will generate a report informing about registration of your request and providing the request ID number.
Cancel - this button will close the request window
