This window provides information on initial public offerings and offerings with pre-emptive rights, presenting the list of new issuances that you can subscribe for in the following two tabs:

Initial public offerings (IPO)

This tab presents the list of orders (subscriptions) placed under initial public offerings. Here you can also initiate an IPO order for the available issuances of securities.

This tab is divided into two sections:

  • Selection of IPO
  • List of IPO orders placed

Selection of IPO

This section allows you to select an initial public offering for which you want to place an order.

Such offering can be selected by expanding the list located in the Security field, which presents the trade names of currently offered securities that you can subscribe for directly from your brokerage account.

Once an offering is selected from the drop-down list, the Place order button will be become active.

Pressing this button will launch a window containing the IPO order form.

List of IPO orders placed

This section enables viewing of orders (subscriptions) placed under initial public offerings, in the current brokerage account. Here you can also cancel your order if it is permitted in accordance with the provisions of the issuance prospectus.

In order to cancel an order, you will need to select that order and click on the Cancel order button. If the option to confirm orders before their placement has been enabled in the system personalization settings, you will be additionally asked to confirm your cancellation instruction.

The list of orders includes the following columns:

Columns

Status - status of the order (subscription) in accordance with the legend (which is available after moving the mouse cursor over any status designation);

Order ID - unique ID number of the brokerage order;

Security - trade name of the security for which the order has been placed;

Quantity - quantity of securities on the order;

Price - limit price stated on the order;

Session date - date of the session for which the order has been placed;

Validity date - date of the session till the end of which the order shall remain valid;

The order registration form allows you to define the attributes of your IPO order.

Form fields

Security - trade name of the security for which the order shall be placed;

Quantity - field for entering the quantity of securities for which the order (subscription) shall be placed. This quantity shall comply with the minimum and maximum quantity requirements determined in the fields below;

Min. quantity - lower limitation of the quantity to be entered in the Quantity field;

Max. quantity - upper limitation of the quantity to be entered in the Quantity field;

Price - field for entering the limit price to be stated on the order (subscription). The field will be editable only if the issuance price of offered securities is determined as a price range. This value shall comply with the minimum and maximum price requirements determined in the fields below. If a fixed issuance price is set in the issuance prospectus, editing of this field will not be possible;

Min. price - lower limitation of the price to be entered in the Price field;

Max. price - upper limitation of the price to be entered in the Price field;

Session date - date of the session for which the order shall be placed;

Validity date - date of the session till the end of which the order shall remain valid;

Currency - currency in which the order shall be placed;

Description - obligatory statement from the issuance prospectus, which you need to agree to when deciding to send your IPO order;

Below the editable fields, this window provides information on the deadlines for placement and cancellation of the selected order.

The receivables field informs about the availability of any receivables that can be used to finance your order.

In addition, the form will help you recalculate your order. The calculation is performed in a new window, which can be launched by pressing the Calculator button located at the bottom of the window.

Once you have defined all the required attributes of your IPO order, you can send it to the stock exchange by clicking on the Send button. At this moment, the system will verify the inserted order attributes for being correct and complete in accordance with the stock exchange requirements, which will include checking:

  • limit price (which must be determined with appropriate accuracy),
  • quantity of securities to be traded,

Following a successful verification, the system will register your IPO order. If the option to confirm orders before their placement has been enabled in the system personalization settings, you will be additionally asked to confirm your order before being sent to the stock exchange.

Once your order is sent to the market, the system will display a window confirming the registration of your order, which will contain all the order attributes as well as the exact date and time of sending the order.

Offerings with pre-emptive rights

This tab presents information on subscriptions to buy securities under new issuances by exercising your pre-emptive rights. Here you can also cancel a subscription that has been made.

Subscriptions can be placed in the primary and additional term, depending on your rights to a given security. The primary or additional term can be selected by choosing the appropriate tab:

Primary term

Selection of issuance with pre-emptive rights in primary term

This section allows you to select an offering with pre-emptive rights which can be subscribed in the primary term.

Such offering can be selected by expanding the list located in the New security right field, which presents the trade names of currently offered securities that you are entitled to subscribe for. You will entitled to place a subscription in the primary term on condition that you hold single pre-emptive rights to the selected issuance in your brokerage account, and that your subscription is valid.

Once an offering is selected from the drop-down list, the Place subscription button will be become active. Pressing this button will launch a window where you will be able to define the attributes of your subscription as described in the Subscription in primary term section.

List of subscriptions placed in primary term

This section enables viewing of subscriptions placed in the primary term under offerings with pre-emptive rights, in the current brokerage account.

Here you can also cancel your subscription if it is permitted by its current status. In order to cancel a subscription, you will need to select that subscription and click on the Cancel subscription button. If the option to confirm orders before their placement has been enabled in the system personalization settings, you will be additionally asked to confirm your cancellation instruction.

The list of subscriptions includes the following columns:

Columns

Status - status of the subscription in accordance with the legend (which is available after clicking on the ? button);

Subscription ID - unique ID number of the subscription order;

New security right - trade name of the right to the newly issued security which has been subscribed in the primary term;

Quantity - quantity of subscribed securities;

Price - limit price stated on the subscription;

Value - value of the subscription, informing about the amount of funds that have been deposited in order to register the subscription. It is calculated by multiplying the quantity of subscribed securities by their issuance price;

Subscription date - date of the subscription registration;

Additional term

Selection of issuance with pre-emptive rights in additional term

This section allows you to select an offering with pre-emptive rights which can be subscribed in the additional term.

Such offering can be selected by expanding the list located in the New security right field, which presents the trade names of currently offered securities that you are entitled to subscribe for. You will entitled to place a subscription in the additional term on condition that you held any securities of the Former Issuance in your brokerage account on the pre-emptive right record date, and that your subscription is valid.

Once an offering is selected from the drop-down list, the Place subscription button will be become active. Pressing this button will launch a window where you will be able to define the attributes of your subscription as described in the Subscription in additional term section.

This section enables viewing of subscriptions placed in the additional term under offerings with pre-emptive rights, in the current brokerage account.

Here you can also cancel your subscription if it is permitted by its current status. In order to cancel a subscription, you will need to select that subscription and click on the Cancel subscription button. If the option to confirm orders before their placement has been enabled in the system personalization settings, you will be additionally asked to confirm your cancellation instruction.

The list of subscriptions includes the following columns:

Subscription ID - unique ID number of the subscription order;

New security right - trade name of the right to the newly issued security which has been subscribed in the additional term;

Quantity executed - quantity executed resulting from the reduction of subscriptions;

Price - limit price stated on the subscription;

Value - value of the subscription, informing about the amount of funds that have been deposited in order to register the subscription. It is calculated by multiplying the quantity of subscribed securities by their issuance price;

Subscription date - date of the subscription registration;
