If you want to access to your brokerage account through the ePromak Plus system, you will need to authenticate yourself (log in).
The authentication (logging in) process requires that you specify your unique identifier and secret password (or one-time password generated by the authentication device).
Note
When you log into the system for the first time, you will be asked to change your password. In order to do so, your new password should be entered twice.
Once you are successfully connected to the Internet address offering ePromak Plus software, you can start using the system.

Your static password can be changed after logging into the system and launching the system personalization component. The Change password button is located at the bottom of the gadget.
In the case of logging in error, you will be informed about the error`s cause and possible way to proceed in the error notification window.
The logging page is based on the content management system OpenCMS. The page content and appearance can be easily modified and adapted by the administrator to the Brokerage House requirements.
